Healthy Oatmeal Pecan Cookies are a deliciously sweet way to start your day or a great anytime snack!
HEALTHY OATMEAL PECAN COOKIES (GLUTEN FREE, REFINED FLOUR FREE)...
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup oat flour
2 scoops protein powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup honey
2/3 cup water or nondairy milk
1/8 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt - fine
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients except collagen in a large bowl. Add 2 scoops of protein and mix well. If the mix seems watery, let sit for 5 minutes to let the oats absorb some of the liquid.
Use a cookie scoop to add to a parchment paper lined baking tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes, they will seem underbaked but that is okay. Let them sit on the tray outside the oven for 3-4 minutes then finish cooling on a wire rack. sweet 16 court wearsSee More
