I think alot and I observe and ponder obsess and worry.. I worry about myself too often and to much, it's like I'm a lazy prefectionist.. my old psychotherapist told me even if I was to get over the OCD/anxiety I'd still be a worrier just because I am that type of person .. I have that attribute. I'm trying so hard to get over it, and do things out of my comfort zone. Like grrr SKYDIVING!! IM so scared!!! Or cliff diving or anything that requires a risk.
