JUNE-AUGUST - Frostburg Pool ($5.50 adults, $4.50 age 17 and under, free under age 4: June 2-July 30 M-Th 12-7 pm, Fri-Sun 12-6 pm; July 30-Sept 5: 12-6 pm); Romney Community Pool ($3 per person: 12-6 pm); Dan's Mountain Pool (11 am-6 pm: $4 per person, 5 and under free); Piedmont Pool (12-6 pm: $1.50 children, $2.00 adults); Keyser Pool ($2.25 for students, $3.50 for adults and under 5 swim free. JULY 24-28 - FREE Day Camp, Westernport Church of the Brethren, 198 Oak View Drive, Westernport, MD...8:30 am-3:30 pm each day...for all children who have COMPLETED Kindergarten through entering 8th grade are invited to attend. Kindergarten through 5th grade children will follow a daily rotation. Those in 6-8th grade will be in a separate program geared toward their interests.
Games, crafts, skits, special programs and a Bible lesson. Afternoons will be filled with activities such as trips to the Piedmont Pool, inflatables, water games and other special events. FOOD: hot breakfast, morning snack, hot lunch and an afternoon snack. TRANSPORTATION: FREE van transportation will be provided from specific locations in McCoole, Westernport and Piedmont. Depending on the number of children and the area, home pick up MAY be possible.
