Well, I joined Gold's Gym, I got a good deal using my Veteran status. I am so glad, I really like the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. I got a waterproof little Fitbit Flex 2 to use while I am in the pool. There is a bit of trick to merge the data with my Fitbit Charge 2 I wear outside the pool but it can be done! LET THE WEIGHT LOSS BEGIN (well it already has with the low carb but this much working out a week should accelerate that.) I am hoping by the end of October to have a 10% weight loss. I hope y'all like skinny Tammy D, cuz she is going to emerge out of this fat suit she has been wearing. casual wear for extra sized people of the wedding
