Hi all. need some help diagnosing a tongue issue. I've broken out with white, sometimes red bumps on my tongue. mostly on the left side of the tongue and the sides of my tongue. very painful. it's feels like blisters on your skin from too much sun -only the blisters are on my tongue. last time this happened, I did milk thistle for liver support and oil pulling with coconut oil and after a couple of days, bumps and pain went away. that is not working this time. eating sugar/sweets is what triggered it, so I've stopped doing that. I'm sure my body is trying to tell me something, just not sure what. any feedback would be greatly appreciated. thank you in advance. White Graduation Dresses 2020
